Frequently Asked Questions
Can I have multiple roles at the same time?
Yes! You have 1 system role + 1 role per community + 1 role per organization. For example, you can be a Facilitator (system), Admin of 2 communities, and Owner of 3 organizations all at once.
How do I become a community admin?
A system administrator or an existing community admin must invite you via the community settings page.
What's the difference between Facilitator and Community Admin?
Facilitator is a system-level role that allows you to create new communities. Community Admin is a community-level role that allows you to manage a specific community. A Facilitator only has admin access to communities where they are explicitly made an admin.
Can I be owner of multiple organizations?
Yes, there is no limit! You can create and own as many organizations as you need.
How do I change my system role?
Only a system administrator can modify system-level roles. Contact your platform administrator if you need your role changed.
